Firstly, let me say that staying at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac is a very special experience indeed and it would make an excellent choice for your wedding anniversary.
By checking their website you will see the variety of rooms and rates for the dates you wish to travel, and in January the rates are really quite reasonable compared to busier times of year. Depending on your budget, the Signature Room would be a beautiful upgrade and of course a suite would give you more space to spread out.
For a special dinner, Le Champlain Restaurant at the Chateau Frontenac, overlooking the St Lawrence River, is highly recommended.
